Purewow & a Pretty Yellow Dress in the Hamptons
Hey Y'all!
Your girl maybe physically back from the Hamptons but I am still mentally sunbathing on the beach there. We all have a bucket list of things & places we would love to do & see during our lifetime. Thanks to Shea Moisture I was able to check one of those places off of my bucket list. Shea Moisture invited a crew of beautiful influencers to the Hamptons to attend a party hosted by Purewow to celebrate their new influencer group, The Coterie. The Coterie is comprised of a group of women that represent various niches such as Fashion, Food, Beauty, Travel & more. Their stories are shared from their POV on Purewow's site.
What makes a party in the Hamptons even better? Celebrating a great cause such as Sing for Hope. Sing for Hope bridges the gap between underserved and under-privileged people at schools, community centers and hospitals and artists, musicians, dancers, painters and more. Check out their website for more information and to see how you can volunteer or donate.
There were some amazing vendors at the event! We received a swimsuit from Andie Swim and they offered embroidery by Janis Embroidery. Of course I took advantage of this! Who doesn't like a personalized gift?! We also received a skin analysis by Sio Beauty and some goodies to take home. I can not wait to try them. Shea Moisture also gave us some goodies to take home. I can not wait to try their new Vegan Lip balm, lip crayons and their extra virgin coconut oil. They also have us a overnight oil which I intend to use this weekend. I am obsessed with oils right now.
We also had great food, listened to some good music and was entertained by the Aqualillies. They are uber talented! Check out my pics below of this great event. I will be reading along with you to relive the day myself.

Let me tell you guys something. Whenever I can wear a dress a size smaller per my usual size is a WINNNNN. You hear me?! I love this dress! It's a pain to iron (take it to the cleaners to have it steamed) however it is comfy and easy to wear. Now, the dress is meant to be worn as a cape at the top. As you can see I wore my arms through the cape to avoid suntan lines. However, I will be wearing this look again and I'll wear it as a cape. See? Options. Who doesn't love having options?!
